cg_fragSoundcan now load sounds from the local file system (not just from .pk3 files) when connected to a pure server
invalid skybox texture mip-mapping and filtering settings (e.g. the cpm25 skybox had visible seams)
new demo player: some entities (players, items, …) could fail to show up during the first 8 seconds of a demo
